Terrible. I could have thrown my phone into a shredder, and what comes out would still have worked better than that mess you call a puzzle room. The tomb raider room had a lot of puzzles that didn't work right. They spent so much effort on decorations that had NOT to do with the actual puzzle. One of the mechanics was for the wall of lights, which failed with a bunch of broken lights. We spent so much time trying to decipher letters that were more cryptic than the Egyptian letters. When we called for help, the receptionist said, "Yes, this is broken. "She even had the nerve to throw us out when the time ran out without giving us any compensation._x000D_ _x000D_ I rate this 9/11. 11 is as terrible as the maintenance condition of this room. _x000D_ -888 Peace from

So much wasted potential. If I could rate it with negative stars, I would. _x000D_ _x000D_ We furnished the Harry Potter Room, which felt more like a scene from a gypsy family murder. We also had a small child with us who was not comfortable in the room. It didn't feel the least bit like Harry Potter - a few shelves with some props and a few random pictures of the landlords are not enough. If the owners would simply google what other escape rooms look like, they would know that this 'Harry Potter room' is very short. _x000D_ _x000D_ Also, the hints were not intuitive, especially for a non-Harry Potter fan. We then asked the receptionist, who said that most people got stuck on the second clue, which was a poorly formulated riddle. Doesn't that at least indicate that the puzzle needs to be improved?!_x000D_ _x000D_ Also the lighting was horrible. I understand the whole idea of using a lamp to stay in topic, but if you can't use it to read clues, it's clearly not bright enough. When our time was up, an assistant guided us through the exhibition and explained how to get out again. The last clue was definitely unsolvable if you didn't have your own telephone lamp (because telephone lamps are definitely in the theme at Harry Potter)._x000D_ _x000D_ In addition, our time was reduced to 40 minutes instead of 50 minutes because their receptionist was too late to pick us up. This was all the more frustrating because we arrived 30 minutes early. _x000D_ _x000D_ For improvement, the room should be:_x000D_ _x000D_ 1) be better decorated (if you pay a reasonable amount of money for something like this, the room should be decorated ALONE)_x000D_ _x000D_ 2) have intuitive hints (if you are not a die-hard Harry Potter fan, you probably won't quit)_x000D_ _x000D_ 3) have a difficulty rating (probably for people who have enjoyed their experience in other rooms and want something harder)_x000D_ _x000D_ Promising, but the potential is wasted due to insufficient attention to detail and lack of consideration of the customer experience. I'm usually a positive person and try to get something good out of every experience, but that was, simply put, shit.

The chimera room was cool, a bit outdated props, but that fits the theme. The staff was nice and friendly.

A really entertaining evening! The staff was friendly and helpful, the game was excellent, I'm looking forward to trying a new theme!

Very funny and very challenging. Sometimes you really have to think outside the box to get ahead. Recommend to everyone
