Castiglione escape room

A room for fun (Castiglione) and perfect for a first-time visitor (my partner). We arrived on Saturday. The waiting room with the billiard games was great!_x000D_ _x000D_ I have now made six rooms and would suggest making the intercom more accessible - it was difficult to go back through the tunnel and crawl back when we had to ask a question or check how much time was left. Walkie-talkies would work better._x000D_ _x000D_ Also, the hostess was lovely, but she didn't watch us while we were doing the room (something I haven't experienced in any of my previous rooms) - so when I went back to room 1 to ask for a clue, I had to explain/confirm which part we were doing before I got a clue (also, her accent was quite thick and it was sometimes difficult to understand what she was saying)._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall a very good room, and we would return to

We tried the Castiglione room for an appointment in the escape room. That room proved a little too hard for total novices like us. In the first room we had a flying start, but after that we were heavily dependent on the advice of the helpful staff. We both had a lot of fun, lots of cool equipment and effects. In the end we slowly "escaped", but only because nobody booked the room afterwards, so that we were kindly given a little bit more time for the last puzzle. We definitely want to do more of that in the future.

We did the Castiglione room. It was beautifully decorated and had a lot of clues. The props and furnishings were well thought out and seemed to be of good quality._x000D_ _x000D_ We had a great time. The lady who worked there was really nice and helpful. _x000D_ _x000D_ The only small suggestion I have is to provide a flashlight. The rooms are dark or atmospherically lit and it's great, but a flashlight would make it much easier for those who need reading glasses (which is pretty much everyone over 40, as well as younger people who have poor eyesight) to read documents with clues and see the numbers on the padlocks.
